KENT, Ohio – In an effort to continue to enhance the gameday and student experience on campus, Kent State Athletics has announced the new name for the student section, "Flash's Flock."
"I am thrilled to have a unifying student section brand across all our athletic venues and contests," said Scott Peace, Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement. "Flash's Flock will embody the spirit of our mascot, Flash the Golden Eagle, and helps encourage our students to 'flock'' to our events and provide that home field advantage. We look forward to creating memories for our Kent State students that last a lifetime.
