Former Kentucky big man Bam Adebayo was named NBA Eastern Conference Player of the Week on Monday.
Adebayo averaged 23.0 points, 11 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game last week.
Lauri Markkanen won the honors for the Western Conference.

The NBA announced today that Miami HEAT center/forward Bam Adebayo was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played Monday, January 8 through Sunday, January 14.
